Payment Policy
At Initiative for Total Reform (ITR), we strive to maintain transparency and clarity in our financial dealings with clients. To facilitate smooth project execution, we have established the following payment structure based on the total project amount:
1. For Projects of 5 Lacs Taka or Less:
- A deposit of 50% of the total project amount is required upon signing the agreement.
- The remaining 50% is due during the project timeline, ensuring that payments align with the progress of work.
2. For Projects Between 5 Lacs and 10 Lacs Taka:
- A deposit of 40% of the total project amount is required after the agreement is signed.
- The remaining 60% will be payable during the course of the project, allowing for flexibility as the work progresses.
3. For Projects Over 10 Lacs Taka:
- A deposit of 30% of the total project amount is required upon signing the agreement.
- The remaining 70% must be paid throughout the project duration, ensuring continued investment in the project's success.
Mandatory Payment Requirement: All clients are required to fulfill their financial commitments during the active project period. This policy is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and timely completion of our services.

Project Visit Policy
At JS Green Media Ltd. we value the opportunity to showcase our projects and share our work with clients and interested parties. To facilitate this, we have established the following policy regarding project visits:
1. Visiting Projects Within Dhaka City:
• A fee of 5,000 Taka is required for visits to our projects located within Dhaka city.
2. Visiting Projects Outside Dhaka City:
• A fee of 10,000 Taka is applicable for visits to projects situated in areas adjacent to Dhaka city.
3. Visiting Projects in Faraway Districts:
• For visits to projects located in districts farther from Dhaka, a fee of 15,000 Taka will be charged.
Advance Payment and Booking: To ensure a smooth visit, all interested parties must confirm their visit by making an advance payment and booking their date in advance. This allows us to prepare accordingly and provide you with the best possible experience.
